Indie Film Nights a Success

Justin Routt and Birch Creek Films presented another successful Independent Film Night on Wednesday, July 6th. The evening at Oxygen Lounge in the Grove was co-sponsored by HBO and their new series Entourage. Justin passed out 50 HBO/Entourage VIP packages to moviegoers as well as other free swag. The films screened were Among Thieves and Things That Go Bump In The Night. Justin also mentioned that Birch Creek Films in conjunction with DreamWorks Pictures will be prescreening Red Eye, part of which filmed in Miami, at the AMC at CoCoWalk on August 11th.

The next Independent Film Night will be at the Forge/Jimmyz, Saturday, July 16th, at 10 p.m. They are showing two short films, and for all who RSVP, admission is free, and there will be complimentary champagne and martinis from 10 to 11 p.m. They will also be giving away a bottle of champagne and a V.I.P. bottle of Vodka at the event. They will have multiple screens and all rooms will be open at Jimmyz for the event. If you would like to attend this event, please RSVP to jroutt@bellsouth.net. Please do NOT RSVP to the Forge. The Forge is 432 41st Street, Miami Beach.
