DP Nick McLean To Speak At Burt Reynolds Museum

Nick McLean, Emmy nominated Director of Photography on "Friends" will be the guest Speaker at the Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum on Tuesday, May 24th at 7pm.
Nick McLean has worked extensively with Mr. Burt Reynolds on his films and television series since 1981 when he met Mr. Reynolds as a camera operator on Sharkey's Machine. In 1982, Mr. Reynolds promoted Nick to DP on his film Stroker Ace and Nick has been the DP on Burt's films ever since. Some of the films he has worked with Mr. Reynolds on include: City Heat, Cannon Ball Run II, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, The Maddening, The Man From Left Field, and Stick which was shot in Miami.
Other films Nick has worked on include: The Deer Hunter, Heaven Can Wait, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Goonies, Exorcist II, Marathon Man, Spaceballs, The Last Producer and Looking for Mr. Goodbar.
Some of the TV Series Nick has been DP on are B.L. Stryker, Evening Shade, Life With Bonnie, Veronica's Closet, Cybill, and Cursed. He has been the DP on Friends for five years and has been nominated for two Emmy's for that show. He is currently the DP on the Friends spin-off Joey.
The program will consist of Nick on stage telling stories about working with Mr. Reynolds and the cast from Friends and include a question and answer session.
