2011 Brazilian Film Festival of Miami Winners

The 15th Annual Brazilian Film Festival of Miami ran August 19th through 27th.  The awards ceremony was held at the Colony Theatre in Miami Beach.

The winners of the festival follow.

Jury Awards for Feature Films and Documentaries:
Best Feature Film: VIPs (directed by Toniko Melo)
Best Feature Film Director: Eduardo Vaisman (180º)
Best Actor: Wagner Moura (VIPs)
Best Actress: Olivia Torres (Untangle)
Best Screenplay: Claudia Mattos (180º)
Best Cinematography: Adrian Teijido (Boca do Lixo)
Best Editing: Quito Ribeiro (Broder)
Best Film Score: Eduardo Bid (Boca do Lixo)
Best Sound Editing: Miriam Biderman and Ricardo Reis (Broder)
Best Art Direction: Lia Renha (Our Home: The Astral City)
