South Florida filmmaker Mark Moormann's documentary about Gage Brewer and the first performance of an electric guitar just screened on Sunday, March 29th at the Florida Film Festival in Orlando.  The name of the doc:  Electric Revolution: Gage Brewer.

Mark is best known for his documentary Tom Dowd & the Language of Music (2003).  He wore many hats on Electric Revolution as he was producer, director, editor, and cinematographer/camera operator.

Electric Revolution won a Florida Focus Award at this year's Miami International Film Festival.

A previous project of Mark's in which he was cinematographer, Blindsided (2006), just started playing on various HBO channels.  Blindsided can be viewed on HBO2 (East and West) on April 22nd.
