How to get your career started? New York or L.A. for beginning and developing your place in the entertainment industry has been the obvious choices.
More and more, the idea of Miami as a player in the entertainment industry is becoming an alternative. Can the area provide work, talent, and the support needed to make a true identity as an entertainment industry fixture? The possibilities are becoming more of common chatter and the naysayers have to revisit the idea of Miami.
The Miami International Film Festival panel scheduled for March 7, 2008 @ 11:00a.m called L.A. to Miami: The Growth of Our Local Film Industry will explore and increase the dialogue on Miami's growth.
